2. Services

Gyan Hub Academy provides coaching and training in professional courses (ACCA, CMA, CA, CS, etc.), skill development courses (music, dance, art, phonics, etc.), PlayHome programs for young learners, and study abroad consulting. Course offerings, schedules, and fees are subject to change. We will communicate any changes in advance.

3. Enrollment & Fees

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of the applicable course fee.
  • Fees can be paid via UPI or other accepted payment methods.
  • Payment proof must be shared with the academy for confirmation.
  • Course fees are communicated at the time of enrollment and may vary by program.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment.
  • Refunds are subject to a processing fee and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • No refunds will be issued after the course has commenced beyond the first week.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.

5. Student Responsibilities

  • Students are expected to attend classes regularly and adhere to the course schedule.
  • Respectful behaviour towards trainers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
  • Course materials provided are for personal use only and shall not be reproduced or distributed.
  • Students must bring their own required stationery and materials unless specified otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, course materials, and design — is the property of Gyan Hub Academy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gyan Hub Academy strives to provide quality education and training. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as exam results, job placements, or university admissions. Our role is to provide guidance, mentorship, and quality instruction to support your learning journey.
